Day 4Trek Shana to Soi-Thangthangkha Alt. 3630 Mtrs. Distance 22 kms, time 7 Hrs.

Day 5Soi-Thangthangkha to Jangothang Alt.3940 Mtrs. Distance 19 kms, time 6 Hrs.

Day 06:Day Halt at Jangothang option day hike to Tsho-Phu Lake)

Day 07:Jangothang to Lingshi, Alt. Alt. 4450 Mtrs (Nylela Pass 4890- Mtrs.), Distance 18 kms, time 5-6 Hrs
